Michael Mormando will be speaking and moderating at a Burlington County Bar Association continuing legal education seminar on the topic of trial advocacy along with Mark A. Fury, Esquire and Karen R. Thek, Esquire, on April 26, 2017, at the County Office Building in Mt. Holly, New Jersey. The class is entitled “What Obi Wan Never Told You About Trial Advocacy” and will focus on practical approaches to handling trial issues including client expectations, jury selection, opening statements, cross-examination, demeanor and temperament, and closing arguments. Mike is the co-chair of the Burlington County Bar Association Criminal Practice Committee and has a wealth of experience in the area of trail advocacy having conducted a wide range of criminal trials including trials involving charges of Theft, Armed Robbery, Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances, Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Dangerous Substances, Sexual Assault, Burglary, Homicide, and Murder.
